I am a filmmaker from Cologne with a focus on directing and editing between documentary and fiction. I love the process of filmmaking and collaborating with other creatives and enjoy working interdisciplinary. My work circles around the search and observation for connections between parallel worlds, for intangible things and miscommunication.

My last short film CRYING GLACIER is nominated for the 47th News & Documentary Emmy® Awards 2026, was published at The New York Times Op-Docs and screened at several international festivals such as FIPADOC and won the “Best Short Film” award at the Mendi Film Fest. The film was also awarded a Vimeo Staff Pick.
